Please don’t try to re-write history. History shows he was tested and his arm extended PAST the allowable angle. The ICC then changed the rules so that Murali became legal. It was a racial issue, nothing more nothing less.

Murali was a cheat and the ICC had to change the rules so that he stopped cheating. The fact is he had an unfair advantage and illegally threw the ball for most of his wickets.

And you want to talk stats? seriously? Murali played against minnows from the subcontinent

Murili aint a cheat. he is within the rules. sooo murili wasn’t as good because he didn’t have blonde hair, was modest and quiet, and wasnt good looking. Right? Stats say it all murili was far better.

Murali is a cheat. He is not even close to as good as Warne was.

Also, there is another rule saying that the bowler is allowed to have his arm bent at whatever degree he likes so long as the arm doesn’t move from that degree during his motion. In other words his action is legit.

That 15 degree rule was itself introduced in order to accommodate him in particular, he was and always will be a chuicker.

the rules say you can bend you arm 15 degrees max, and it has to stay bent the whole time. They did many tests with him and his arm never goes over 15 degrees. He’s within the laws, therefore he’s not a chucker.

Cuz he’s not even a bowler, rather he’s a chucker.

I’m sorry but murili is by far a better spinner, he has taken the most test wickets ever (800+) why doesn’t he get a video?

The Alex Brown twat is an annoying prick. His accent is so thick I can barely understand what he’s saying, to make it worse he’s talking inside of his mouth.

@handsandheels I respect Murali as a person. He has been a thorough gentleman all throughout his career. But I simply can’t turn a blind eye to the fact that he doesn’t even qualify as a cricketer to a lot of fans and cricket experts, he’s more of a shot putter or a javelin thrower. Warne >> Daylight >> X, Y, Z.

@handsandheels Now this is a good comment. You are capable of it! MURALI IS OVERRATED!

He isn’t even in ESPN’s Top 50 list, let alone top 25 greatest cricketers of all time.
